Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dow Advanced Materials Division until September 2009; President and Chief Operating Officer of Rohm and Haas from May 2008 until Dow’s acquisition of Rohm and Haas Company in April 2009. Mr. Brondeau held various executive positions during his tenure at Rohm and Haas from 1989 to May 2008.

Prior to this he worked as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as President of FMC Agricultural Solutions from 2012 to 2018. He also worked as President of Industrial Chemicals Group from 2011 2012; Vice President of Global Operations and International Development from 2010 to 2011; Vice President and President of Asia for Dow Advanced Materials from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Douglas also serves as Director of Quaker Chemical since 2013; Director of CropLife International since 2017; and Director of Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts since 2016.
Andrew D. Sandifer
Chief Financial Officer; Executive Vice President Senior ManagementMr. Andrew D. Sandifer has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of the company from 2016 to 2018. He also worked as Vice President of Corporate Transformation from 2014 to 2016; and Vice President of Strategic Development from 2010 to 2014. Prior to joining the company, he worked as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for ARAMARK in 2010. Mr. Sandifer worked for seven years with Rohm and Haas Company and held roles in Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and General Management.
Nicholas L. Pfeiffer
