FNB Corp: Executives

Mr. Vincent J Delie has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2017. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director at First National Bank, a subsidiary of FNB. Previously, Mr. Delie served in various executive roles at National City Bank.

Mr. Vincent J Calabrese has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2009 . He joined the company in 2007 as the Senior Vice President and served as the Corporate Controller from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Calabrese served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at People's Bank, Connecticut from 2003 to 2007.

Mr. James G Orie has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2015. He has been the Chief Counsel at the Office of Thrift Supervision. Mr. Orie later served for a Pittsburgh-based law firm prior to joining First National Bank's Legal Department in 1996. He served at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and at the Office of Thrift Supervision.

Mr. Thomas M. Whitesel serves as Chief Risk Officer of the company. He has been the Director of Risk Management at the company since 2004. Previously, Mr. Whitesel served as Director of Risk Management at KPMG. He has more than 35 years of risk management experience.

Mr. Gary L Guerrieri has been the Chief Credit Officer of the company since April 2011. He also serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of First National Bank of Pennsylvania (FNBPA), a subsidiary of FNB, since 2005. Previously, Mr. Guerrieri served as an Executive Vice President of commercial banking at Promistar Financial Corporation, and Executive Vice President and Community Banking Executive at Laurel Bank.
