Mr. Ravi Rajagopal has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He currently serves as Chairman for Catalyst, a housing company in the UK, as well as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Vedanta Resources Plc and Airtel Africa Plc. He is an Association Member of BUPA. Earlier board experience includes serving as Non-Executive Director in United Spirits from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Rajagopal served in various roles at Diagio plc from 1997 to 2015 including the Global Head for Mergers and Acquisitions, Managing Director for India and South Asia; Group Controller; Chief Financial Officer for Venture Markets, Europe and International Region. He also served in various senior roles in ITC Ltd from 1979.

Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served at Narayana Health as the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Vice Chairman. Dr. Raghuvanshi is a Cardiac Surgeon Specialist and earlier, served at Apollo Hospitals, Bombay Hospital, Manipal Heart Foundation and Vijaya Heart Foundation. He was also the Director at Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences in Kolkata in the year 2000.

Mr. Vivek Kumar Goyal has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tata Housing and Development company. Previously, Mr. Goyal served at Saw Pipes Limited, Indo Asian Fusegear Limited and Ballarpur Industries Limited.
