Mr. Steven Brown has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a listed Property Analyst at Corovest. Previously, he served at Standard Bank’s Global Markets division. He serves as a Director of NEPI Rockcastle.

Mr. Ian David Vorster has been the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance, and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Division. Previously, he worked at PKF (JHB) Inc.

Mr. Sipho Vuso Majija has been the Director of the Retail Portfolio at the company since 2017. He also serves as Director of SACSC and an Alternate Director of Steven Brown on the NEPI Rockcastle board. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Pangbourne Properties Limited and NEPI Rockcastle. He joined the company in 2019 and served in the field of asset management, property, industrial and retail properties.

Mr. Robin Lockhart-Ross has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive of Nedbank CIB: Commercial Property Finance. Previously, he served as the Head of Credit at Nedbank Property Finance, and the Head of Risk at BoE Corporate: Property and Asset Finance. Earlier, he served as the Financial Director of Moreland Developments and Tongaat-Hulett Properties, and a Group Tax Consultant at Tongaat-Hulett. He also worked as a Director of Nedbank Property Partners.
