Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Baxter International Inc from 2018 to 2021. Ms. Donoghue worked as a Legal Advisor at Walgreen Co from 2007 to 2018, and the Vice President of Corporate and M&A Legal from 2017 until 2018.

Mr. John D. Lee has been the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer of the company since 2025 and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he was the Chief Growth and Digital Officer of the company. He served as an Executive Vice President, and the Chief Strategy and Global Growth Officer of the company from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President for Global Growth & Development at the company from 2016 to 2020.
