He also serves as a Director for FirstGlobalData Ltd, Goldmoney Network Ltd and Jameson Bank.

Mr. Robin E. Goad serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Consultant for Noranda and Teck. He also served as the President and a Director of other TSX listed mineral exploration and development companies. Currently, he serves as a Director at NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines.
