Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Sadiola and Yatela mine joint ventures with Anglo American. He also serves as a Director for FirstGlobalData Ltd, Goldmoney Network Ltd, and Jameson Bank.

Mr. Robin E. Goad serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Consultant for Noranda and Teck. He also served as the President and a Director of other TSX listed mineral exploration and development companies. Currently, he serves as a Director at NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines.

Ms. Patricia Penney serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, she was the Senior Manager of Caceis Canada Ltd, an alternative fund administrator.

Mr. Edward Yurkowski serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Procon. He currently serves as a Director and Consultant of Procon.

Mr. John McVey serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he held executive and senior management positions at Bechtel, SNC-Lavalin and Kilborn Engineering. Currrntly, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Procon Group of Companies.
