Mr. Lachlan K. Murdoch has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Co-Chairman of the company from 2019 to 2023. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of News Corp. and Chairman of NOVA Entertainment. Previously, he served as the Chairman from 2015 to 2019, and Co-Chairman from 2014 to 2015 of 21st Century Fox Inc. Mr. Murdoch also held various senior executive roles from 1994 to 2005, including Deputy Chief Operating Officer of 21st Century Fox. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of Illyria Pty Ltd. He also worked as the Non-Executive Chairman from 2012 to 2014, Acting Chief Executive Officer from 2011 to 2012, and Director from 2010 to 2014 of Ten Network Holdings Limited.

Mr. Steven Tomsic has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer from March 2017 to March 2019 of 21st Century Fox (21CF). He also served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance at 21CF from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sky Deutschland AG from 2010 to 2015. Mr. Tomsic also served in several financial positions at 21CF’s Europe & Asia corporate offices, European channels businesses, Sky Italia, and FOXTEL in Australia. Earlier, he also served at Boston Consulting Group, Nomura and ANZ Bank.

Mr. John P. Nallen has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018 and President of the company since February 2025. Previously, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 21st Century Fox (21CF) from 2013 to 2019. He also served as the Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at 21st Century Fox from 2001 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Sky plc from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Nallen also worked for 16 years at Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Puja Vohra has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales at Fox since June 2025. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Marketing for Paramount+ at Paramount Global. Prior to this, Ms. Vohra was the Executive Vice President, Brand Marketing & Strategy for Showtime. Earlier, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Warner Media’s truTV.

Mr. Brian Nick is the Chief Communications Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Head of Communications for Coca-Cola. He also has 20-year of experience in communications and public affairs. Prior to Coca-Cola, he directed crisis communications and national media relations at Walmart. Earlier, he served as the Communications Director and Chief of Staff to former US Senator Elizabeth Dole and Communications Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
