Mr. Lachlan K. Murdoch has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since December 2023. Previously, he served as a Co-Chairman of the company. He serves as the Co-Chairman of News Corp and Chairman of NOVA Entertainment. Previously, he served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Ten Network Holdings; and Executive Chairman of 21st Century Fox and held various senior executive roles from 1994 to 2005, including Deputy Chief Operating Officer of 21st Century Fox. He founded Illyria Pty and later became Charmian of NOVA.

Mr. Steve Tomsic is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of 21st Century Fox (21CF) from March 2017 to March 2019. He also served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance of 21CF. Prior to this, he served under various financial roles at 21CF’s Europe & Asia corporate offices, European channels businesses, Sky Italia, and at FOXTEL in Australia. Earlier, he also served at Boston Consulting Group, Nomura and ANZ Bank.

Mr. John P. Nallen is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 21st Century Fox (21CF). He also served as the Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at 21st Century Fox (21CF) in 2001.

Ms. Gabrielle Brown serving as the Chief Investor Relations Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director specializing in the global internet and media industries. Ms. Brown served as the Manager at BBT Capital Management Advisors covering the Global Internet, Tech, Media, Telco, and Cable Sectors. She began her career in equity research at ABN AMRO.

Mr. Kevin Lord serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Head of Compliance at FOX News Channel and Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at TEGNA Inc. (formerly known as Gannett, Co. Inc.) and act as part of the company leadership team. Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for NBC News and Senior Vice President of Human Resources of NBCUniversal.
