Mr. Gregory E. Johnson has been the Chairman of the company since February 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of the San Francisco Giants, since November 2019. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Franklin from July 2005 to February 2020, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Franklin from January 2004 to July 2005, and President of Franklin from December 1999 to September 2015. He also served as a Director and Officer of certain subsidiaries of Franklin; Director or Trustee of certain funds registered as investment companies managed or advised by subsidiaries of Franklin.

Ms. Jennifer M. Johnson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Franklin since February 2020 and is its President since December 2016. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2017 to February 2020, Co-President from October 2015 to December 2016, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2010 to September 2015 at the company. She also served as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology of Franklin from December 2005 to March 2010, and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from May 2003 to December 2005. Earlier, she served as an Officer and Director of certain subsidiaries of Franklin and a Director or Trustee of investment companies managed or advised by its subsidiaries.

Mr. Matthew Nicholls has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2022 and the Chief Financial Officer since May 2019. He also serves as the Co-President of the company since October 2025. Mr. Nicholls worked for Citigroup, Inc. as Managing Director, Global Head of Financial Institutions, Corporate Banking, and Global Head of Asset Management, Corporate and Investment Banking, from 2017 to 2019; as Managing Director, Co-Head, Financial Institutions Corporate and Investment Banking of North America, and Global Head of Asset Management, Corporate and Investment Banking, from 2014 to 2017; as Managing Director, Co-Head, North America, Financial Institutions Corporate and Investment Banking from 2011 to 2014; as Managing Director and Co-Head, North America, Financial Institutions Corporate Banking from 2007 to 2011, and as Managing Director and Co-Head of Asset Management Banking from 2006 to 2007.

Mr. Daniel Gamba has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-President of the company since October 2025. Previously, he was the President of the Asset Management Business at Northern Trust.
