Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Univentures Public Company Limited. Mr. Sirivadhanabhakdi holds Directorship in various companies including Thai Beverage Public Company Limited and Univentures Public Company Limited.

Mr. Loo Choo Leong is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Radiance Limited; and the Group Head of Global Shared Services. Previously, Mr. Leong served as the Head of the Regional Finance Office of the Sime Darby Group. He manages the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, Taxation, Investments, and Investor Relations functions at the company.

Ms. Vicki Ng has been the Chief People Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, she served as the Head of People of the company. Ms. Ng also served as a Head of People and Culture, Asia of Lendlease from 2017 to 2022.

Ms. Zheng Wanshi has been the Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Strategy and Planning Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Investment Management at CapitaLand Limited; a Director of Multi-asset Class Research at Mount Kellett Capital (Hong Kong) Limited; and the Vice President of Distressed Products Group and Strategic Investment Group at Deutsche Bank AG.

Mr. Reini Otter is the Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial at the company. Previously, he served as the Executive General Manager of the Commercial & Industrial and Investment Property division at Frasers Property Australia. Mr. Otter joined the Group's Australian operations in 1998 and has held various senior leadership positions over his career. He is also a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management and serves as Chairman of the Industrial Roundtable for the Property Council of Australia.
