Mr. James R Meyer has been the Executive Chairman of the company since May 2024. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from July 2017 to May 2024. Prior to this, Meyer served as Chairman of the Board at Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Allied Specialty Vehicles, Inc. Earlier, Mr. Meyer held several leadership positions at Brunswick Corporation and Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Nicholas J. Randall has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since May 2024. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the company from June 2023 to May 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Randall was responsible for a division at Precision Castparts Corporation from 2017 to 2023. From 2007 and 2017, he held several roles at Alcoa Corporation and Arconic Corporation. Earlier, Mr. Randall gained experience in engineering positions at Jaguar Land Rover Automotive.

Mr. Michael A. Riordan has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Controller at InnerWorkings from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Riordan served in several financial management positions at Zekelman Industries, from 2013 to 2017. He also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. W Matthew Tonn has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of sales and marketing at Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation’s Train Control, Signaling and Analytics Group from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Tonn also served as the Regional Vice President of sales and marketing at WABTEC from 2008 to 2017. He also served at ZefTeck, Inc., Standard Car Truck and National Castings/ABC NACO.
