Mr. Michael Sen is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Siemens. Mr. Sen also served as the Chief Financial Officer of E.ON.

Ms. Helen Giza has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as the Chief Integration and Divestiture Management Officer. Ms. Giza also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ US business unit since 2008. She held several international finance and controlling positions at TAP Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Laboratories and others.

Mr. Martin Fischer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Finance for Siemens Healthineers’ diagnostics division from 2019 to 2023. Mr. Fischer also held various key international operational and finance positions in healthcare within Siemens AG.

Dr. Franklin W. Maddux has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President for Clinical and Scientific Affairs and Chief Medical Officer for Fresenius Medical Care North America. He has been associated with Fresenius Medical Care since 2009.
