Mr. Alejandro Bailleres has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Nacional Provincial. Mr. Bailleres also served as the President of Grupo BAL. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Centro Cultural Manuel Gómez Morin, A.C.

Mr. Octavio Alvidrez has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the General manager of Madero Mine. Mr. Alvidrez held various senior financial and operational roles at Penoles and Fresnillo. Earlier, he was a Director of Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources of the University of Arizona.

Mr. Mario Arreguin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Group Treasurer of Penoles. Mr Arreguin worked in investment banking at Valores Finamex and in Project Management at Dupont Mexico.

Mr. Tomas Iturriaga has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he held several positions at Goldcorp, including the General Manager of Los Filos mine, the Regional Vice President, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Mexico region. Mr. Iturriaga was the Vice President of North American Operations at Capstone Mining Corp in Canada. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Operations and Country Manager for Mexico at Endeavour Silver Corp. He also served as a Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Community Relations at Penoles.

Mr. Daniel Diez has been the Chief Operating Officer of North at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held several senior leadership positions at Yamana Gold. He also worked as the Mining Expert (LATAM) at McKinsey & Company, and held development roles at Antofagasta and Xstrata. Mr. Diez was a Director at Minera Alumbrera Ltd, and the Chairman at MARA a (joint venture between Yamana, Glencore and Newmont) and Minera Alumbrera Ltd.
