Mr. Martin Wentzler has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he also served various position in Freudenberg SE including Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Chairman of the Personnel Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Innovation and Technology Committee form. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Partners of the company. Earlier, he also served as the Director of Freudenberg Foundation in 2016.

Mr. Mohsen Sohi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of NCR Store Automation in 2001. Earlier, he served as the President of Honeywell Electronic Materials in 2000.

Mr. Ralf Krieger has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in 2011. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Speaker and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration of Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in 2010. Earlier, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in 2005, as the Managing Director of Freudenberg IT KG in 2003, Head of M&A in the Corporate Function Finance of Freudenberg & Co. Kommanditgesellschaf in 2000, Senior Financial Analyst, Marketing Specialist of Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership in 1998 and as Group Controlling officer of Freudenberg & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft in 1995.

Mr. Tilman Krauch has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the President of Construction Chemicals for BASF SE in 2010. Previously, he also served as the President of Regional Functions and Country Management Asia Pacific for BASF East Asia RHQ in 2006. Earlier, he also served various roles in BASF AG including; Group Vice President Polyamide and Intermediates in 2004; Group Vice President, Fiber Intermediates Europe in 2001; Group Vice President, Fiber Intermediates North America for BASF Corporation in 1998.

Ms. Esther Maria Loidl has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Corporate Human Resources at Freudenberg Group in 2007; Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in 2013; Vice President of Human Resources in 2005, and a Director of Human Resource Strategy and Communications at Brose in 2002. Earlier, she held Various Positions within Human Resources and Communications at Brose, Queretaro, Mexico & Coburg in 1996.
