Mr. Eugene Davis is the Chairman of the board of directors of FTSI. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PIRINATE Consulting Group, LLC. Prior to this, he served as the President, Vice Chairman and a director of Emerson Radio Corporation, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Sport Supply Group, Inc., and director of Hycroft Mining Corporation. Mr Davis also worked as Directors for companies such as, Montage Resources Corp., Seadrill Limited, VICI Properties Inc., Verso Corporation, ALST Casino Holdco, LLC, Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., Atlas Iron Limited, The Cash Store Financial Services, Inc., Dex One Corp., SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc., Titan Energy LLC, Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc., U.S. Concrete, Inc. and WMIH Corp and many more in his career.

Michael J. Doss has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of FTSI since February 2018. He was the company's Chief Executive Officer since October 2015. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer from December 2014 to October 2015. Mr. Doss joined the company as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer in January 2014. From July 2008 until joining the company, he served as Vice President of Finance of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. and as Vice President of Strategic Planning for its affiliate Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Prior to ETP, he was a Senior Credit Officer at Moody's Investors Service. Prior to that, Mr. Doss worked for more than seven years in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Lance Turner has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of FTSI since October 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance of the company from January 2015 to October 2015. Mr. Turner joined the company as Director of Finance in April 2014. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Turner spent approximately 11 years with Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Buddy Petersen has been the Chief Operating Officer of FTSI since October 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Wireline of the company from August 2015 to October 2015. He joined FTSI as Senior Vice President, Continuous Improvement in June 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Petersen was Chief Operating Officer of GoFrac LLC from October 2014 to June 2015, Vice President of Sales for Frac-Chem Inc from August 2013 to October 2014, President and Chief Operating Officer of Compass Well Services LLC from October 2010 to August 2013, and Chief Operating Officer of Allied Cementing Co from October 2007 to October 2010. He worked for 14 years working in various roles of increasing responsibility with Halliburton Energy Services. In April 2017, Mr. Petersen joined the board of directors of L.O. Transport, Inc.

Ms. Karen D. Thornton has been the Chief Administrative Officer of FTSI since March 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources of the company from March 2014 to March 2017. Ms. Thornton joined the company in March 2014. Prior to joining the company, she was an independent consultant at Alkat Consulting and served as the Strategic Human Capital Management Lead for Darling Ingredients Inc from June 2013 to March 2014. Prior to Alkat Consulting, Ms. Thornton served in various leadership positions, including the Vice President, Human Resources & Management Services for the Emergency Medical Services Corporation from 2001 to 2012.
