Mr. Richard M. Tsai has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of Fubon Life Insurance Co Ltd, Vice Chairman of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd and Director of Taiwan Mobile Co Ltd. Mr. Tsai served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of Taiwan Mobile Co Ltd from 2003 to 2018. Prior to this, he was the Vice Chairman of the company from 2004 to 2016. Prior to that, he worked as the Chairman of Fubon Life Insurance Co Ltd from 1993 to 2011. He also served as Vice Chairman of Fubon Insurance Co Ltd from 1992 to 1993. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of Fubon Securities Co Ltd from 1988 to 1992.

Mr. Ming-Chung Tseng has been the Vice Chairman of the company since March 2024. Previously, he served as a Legislator of Legislative Yuan, R.O.C.(Taiwan) from 2016 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, Financial Supervisory Commission, R.O.C.(Taiwan), Political Deputy Minister and Administrative Deputy Minister Ministry of Finance. He also served as a Director General of Financial Examination Bureau and Financial Supervisory Commission.

Mr. Jerry Harn has been the President and Director of the company since 2011. He also serves as the Chairman of Fubon Securities Co Ltd, and Director of Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co Ltd, Fubon Bank (China) Co Ltd, and Fubon Finacial Holding Venture Capital Corp. Previously, he served as Chairman of Fubon Direct Marketing Consulting Co Ltd from 2018 to 2019. Earlier, he worked as the President of Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co Ltd from 2010 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as Standing Director of Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co Ltd from 2007 to 2017. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Banking Head Office at CTBC Bank Co Ltd from 2003 to 2005.

Mr. Howard Lin has been a Director of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Chairman of Fubon Life Insurance Co Ltd and Director of Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd. and Fubon Asset Management Co Ltd. Previously, he served a s the Chief Investment Officer and Vice Chairman of Fubon Life Insurance Co Ltd. Earlier, he served as a Director of Taiwan Mobile Co Ltd from 2014 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Consultant of the Investment Management Business Group at Fubon Financial Holding Co Ltd from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, he served as an Executive Vice President of Fubon Life Insurance Co Ltd from 2007 to 2011. Earlier, he worked as the President and chairman of Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital Corp from 2003 to 2018. Mr. Lin also served as the Chairman of Fubon Multimedia Technology Co Ltd from 2004 to 2018.

Mr. Hsiao-Lan Hu serves as a Director of the company. He also serves as Director at Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation. Previously, he served as a Deputy Commissioner, Department of Finance of Taipei City Government, Deputy Director and Senior Executive Officer of National Property Administration, at Ministry of Finance.
