Mr. Edgar Bronfman Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Waverley Capital LLC. He served as Managing Partner of Accretive LLC from 2014 to December 2022. He served in various roles at Warner Music Group, including Chief Executive Officer from March 2004 to August 2011, a member of the board of directors from March 2004 to May 2013, and Chairman from March 2004 to January 2012. Mr. Bronfman also served as the Chairman of the board of directors of Waverley Capital Acquisition Corp since March 2021. Earlier, Mr. Bronfman served on the boards of directors of IAC/InterActive Corp from February 1998 to October 2019 and Accretive Health, Inc. Mr. Bronfman also served as Chairman of Global Thermostat Operations, LLC and the board of directors of Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp since 2020. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Endeavor Global, Inc.

Ms. Alisa Bowen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2026. Previously, she served as President of Disney+. Prior to this, she worked at News Corporation, Dow Jones, and Thomson Reuters.

Mr. John Janedis has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and senior Equity Research Analyst at Wolfe Research, LLC from March 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Capital Markets, Treasurer and Investor Relations at TEGNA Inc. from December 2018 to March 2020. Prior to this role, Mr. Janedis served as Managing Director, Senior Equity Research Analyst at Jefferies LLC from 2014 to 2018, UBS Securities from 2010 to 2014 and Wells Fargo Securities from 2006 to 2010.

Mr. Alberto Horihuela Suarez has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Growth Officer of the company since November 2021 and as the Chief Marketing Officer since April 2020. Mr. Horihuela served as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer since June 2014. Prior to this, he co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Primerad Network from June 2013 to May 2015. Mr. Horihuela served as the Head of Latin America at DramaFever from November 2012 to June 2014.

Ms. Gina DiGioia Sheldon is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company. Prior to this, she served as the U.S. General Counsel and Chief Operations Officer for Fiizy. Previously, she held General Counsel positions with various public and private media companies, including Defy Media and Alloy. She also served in private practice as a senior associate of Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger. Earlier, Ms. Sheldon began her career as an apprentice with the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Rome. She joined the company in 2020 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
