Mr. James H. England has been the Chairman of the company since 2008. He also serves as the Corporate Director and Chief Executive Officer of Stahlman-England Irrigation Inc and HEMS LLC; Director of Enbridge Inc, Enbridge Energy Management LLC, and Enbridge Energy Company Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sweet Ripe Drinks Ltd; Director of Canada Malting Co Ltd and St Clair Paint and Wallpaper Corporation; served with Arthur Andersen & Co and a Canadian infantry; and held various positions with John Labatt Ltd for 18 years, including Chief Financial Officer and Director.

Mr. Jason Few has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Mr. Few founded and served as the Senior Managing Director of BJF Partners LLC in 2016. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Continuum Energy from 2013 to 2016, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of NRG Energy from 2009 to 2012, and Senior Vice President of smart energy at President Reliant Energy from 2008 to 2009.

Mr. Michael S. Bishop has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company. Mr. Bishop has held various finance and accounting positions at Transwitch Corporation, Cyberian Outpost Inc, and United Technologies Inc; and worked with McGladrey and Pullen LLP and US Marine Corps.

Mr. Michael Lisowski has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the company's Vice President of Global Operations. Mr. Lisowski also served as the company's Vice President of Supply Chain from 2010 to 2018z.

Ms. Parimal P has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Partner of PAR BD. Mr. Parimal also served as the Executive Vice President of Manitex International. Previously, he served as the Vice President- Business Development of Terex Corporation.
