Mr. Masahiko Ito has been the Chairman of the Fujikura Ltd since April 2016. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Member of the board, Managing Executive Officer and Deputy Supervisor of the Power & Telecommunication Systems Company in 2015.

Mr. Naoki Okada has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Corporate Officer, General Manager of the Corporate Strategy Planning Division in 2020. Previously, he also served as the General Manager of the Cable and Equipment R&D Center, New Optical Fiber Cable Business Development Department, Optical Cable Research and Development, and Manufacturing departments. He joined the company in 1986.

Mr. Kazuhito Iijima has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Previously this, he served as the General Manager of Finance Department at the company from 2022 to 2023. Preceding this, he served as the Executive Officer of the company from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Iijima also served as the General Manager of Accounting Department at the company from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, he worked as the Deputy General Manager of the company from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he held the position of General Manager of Accounting Department of the company. Before this, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Nistica Inc. Mr. Iijima worked as the Chief Financial Officer and President of Fujikura Automotive Europe SAU. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Accounting Department of the company.

Mr. Tatsuya Banno has been the Chief Technology Officer and Director of this company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Director and Chief Technology Officer of New Business Creation and R&D Division, Corporate Quality Management Division at the company from April 2023 to June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director and Chief Technology Officer of new business creation and research at the company from June 2022 to 2023. Preceding this, he held the position of Executive Officer and CTO of new business creation and research at the company from April 2022 to June 2023. Mr. Banno also held the position of Executive Officer Information and Communication Business Division of the Company from 2021 to 2022. Before this, he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Optical Fiber Division of the Company from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Banno also served as the Deputy General Manager of Optical Fiber Division at the company from 2018 to 2020. Preceding this, he worked as the Deputy General Manager, Optical Cable Systems Division at the company from 2015 to 2018. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Optical Cable Business Division, Optical Business Division of the Company from April 2015 to October 2015. Mr. Banno also worked as the General Manager of Optical Fiber Manufacturing Engineering Department, Optical Business Division of the Company from 2013 to 2015.
