Mr. Carl G. Braunlich has been the Chairman of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he worked as the Associate Professor at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas from 2006 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Professor of Hotel Management at Purdue University since 1990. He also worked in several companies like Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey and at Paradise Island Hotel and Casino, Nassau, Bahamas and served as a consultant to Wynn Las Vegas, Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., Showboat Hotel and Casino, Bellagio Resort and Casino, International Game Technology, Inc., Atlantic Lottery Corporation, Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation and the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling.

Mr. Daniel R. Lee has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2014. Prior to that, he served as the Managing Partner of Creative Casinos, LLC from 2010 to 2014. Earlier, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Entertainment from 2002 to 2009. Previously, Mr. Lee served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Development at Mirage Resorts. He also served as a Securities Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert and CS First Boston. He serves as a Director of Associated Capital and Myers Industries, Inc.

Mr. Lewis A. Fanger has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and a Director of the company since 2015, and President of the company since July 2025. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Wynn Resorts, Limited from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Fanger served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Creative Casinos, LLC from 2011 to 2013. He also served as the Vice President of Finance at Pinnacle Entertainment from 2003 to 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Fanger served as an Equity Research Associate at Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York.

Mr. John Ferrucci has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Casino Magic in Biloxi. Previously, he worked as the the general manager of the New Palace Casino in Biloxi and has also served as casino manager for Lucayan Beach Resort and Casino in the Bahamas.

Mr. Joshua Le Duff has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since May 2025. Previously, he was the Vice President of Marketing at Pala Casino Spa Golf Resort. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Marketing at Isle of Capri Casinos.
