He served as the Corporate Vice President, General Manager of Production & Sales Management Department, the Nikko Snow Damage Recovery Task Force, and Head of Nikko Manufacturing System Maintenance Team. Mr. Kobayashi served as General Manager of Magnet Wire Division, Magnet Wire Division, Electronics & Automotive Systems Company, Cost Reduction Department. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Manager, Metals Company and General Manager, the Manufacturing Department, Nikko Copper and Brass Factory, Metals Company.

Mr. Hideya Moridaira has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Director and Corporate Senior Vice President and General Manager of Communications Solutions Division at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Communications Solutions Division in 2021.
