Mr. Lui Che Woo is the Chairman of the company. He has been a Director of the company since 1991. He also serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of K. Wah International Holdings Limited. He is the Founding Chairman of the Institute of Quarrying in the UK, Chairman of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Founding Chairman of The Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners and President of Tsim Sha Tsui East Property Developers Association. Prior to this, he served the Founding President and Honorary President of Hong Kong Guangdong Economic Development Association.

Mr. Francis Lui Yiu Tung is the Deputy Chairman of the company. He has been the Director of the company since 1987. He also serves as Director of K. Wah International Holdings Limited and Macao Chamber of Commerce, and Member of the Chief Executive Election Committee of the HKSAR, and the Chief Executive Election Committee, Tourism Development Committee and Cultural Consultative Committee of Macau SAR.

Mr. Robert Drake is the Group Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company, he served in various senior executive positions in Finance with gaming companies in Las Vegas, the US. Mr. Robert has extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance.

Mr. Kevin Kelly is the Chief Operating Officer of Macau of the company. Previously, he held various senior executive positions at various casinos and hotels in Las Vegas and Macau. Mr. Kevin has over 40 years of experience in gaming, hospitality and entertainment.

Mr. Ted Chan Ying Tat has been the Chief Operating Officer for Japan Development at the company since 2018. Prior to joining the company, he served in an executive position at one of Macau’s Integrated Resort.
