Previously, he served as the Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel at Penn from March 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Moore served at Ballard Spahr LLP.

Mr. Matthew R Demchyk has been the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Mr. Demchyk joined the company in February 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Investments. Previously, he served as a Portfolio Manager of Real Estate Securities at Millennium Partners. Earlier, Mr. Demchyk served as the Assistant Portfolio Manager at CenterSquare Investment Management.

Mr. Steven L Ladany has been the Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. He served as the Vice President of Finance until March 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Ladany served as the Vice President at Revel Casino Hotel and J.P. Morgan.
