Mr. Michael E. Reed has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he had been Chief Executive Officer of GateHouse Media, Inc. Previously, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Community Newspaper Holdings Inc and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He also served in Park Communications Inc. Prior to this, he served as a Board of Director and Chairman at Newspaper Association of America and the Associated Press. Prior to this, he served board of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, from 2009 to 2014. Presently, he serves on the board of directors of TouchCare Holdings LLC.

Mr. Douglas E. Horne has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since April 2020. Previously, he served as Global Controller for The We Company from May 2019 to November 2019. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Principal Controller at Warner Media LLC from January 2015 to April 2019, Senior Vice President and Deputy Controller from September 2011 to December 2014. Prior to Warner Media, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance at AOL Inc.

Ms. Polly Grunfeld Sack has been the Chief Legal Counsel of the company since 2006. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and Director of Mergers and acquisition in IMG company.

Mrs Lark-Marie Anton serves as Chief Communication Officer of the company. Prior to this, she held executive roles in multiple companies including Hertz, Verizon, Loews Hotels. Prior to joining Gannett, she served as Chief Communications Officer at Aura.

MS. Samantha Howland has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People Officer of Mobiquity. She has also served as the Senior Management Partner and Talent Practice Executive for Decision Strategies International.
