Mr. Zhu Gongshan has been the Chairman of GCL Technology since July 2006. He also serves as a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Jiangsu Province, Vice Chairman of China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, Co-Chairman of China Photovoltaic Industry Alliance, Vice Chairman of China Fortune Foundation Limited and Cogeneration Professional Committee of the Chinese Society, Vice Director-General of Jiangsu Foundation for the Wellbeing of the Youth, and Chairman of Jiangsu Residents Association and Jiangsu Yancheng Residents Association.

Mr. Charles Yeung Man Chung has been the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Director of GCL Technology since March 2017. Prior to this, he served as a Partner and Head of Corporate Finance Advisory Services, Southern China of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Mr. Chung has exeperience in the accounting, financial management, and auditing fields. He is also a part-time member of the Central Policy Unit of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Mr Lan Tianshi has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer since February 2022. Prior to this he served as the deputy general manager of Jiangsu Zhongneng, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. He served various roles in the company’s subsidiary since his joining in 2007.
