Mr. H. Lawrence Culp, Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GE since October 2018. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of GE Aviation since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from April 2018 to September 2018. Previously, Mr. Culp served as the Director of GlaxoSmithKline and T. Rowe Price Group; Senior Advisor at Bain Capital Private Equity from 2017 to 2018; Senior Lecturer of Harvard Business School from 2015 to 2018; and Chief Executive Officer and President of Danaher from 2000 to 2014 and held various positions within it including Chief Operating Officer of Finance & Accounting, Industry & Operations.

Mr. Peter Arduini has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as a senior leadership roles for domestic and global businesses, including General Manager for the Global Imaging business. Mr. Arduini also served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Integra LifeSciences. He also served as the Corporate Vice President and President of Medication Delivery, Baxter Healthcare.

Mr. James Saccaro has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Baxter International. He was also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hill-Rom Corporation.

Mr. Brian Montgomery has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the acting Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare from June 2020. Mr. Brian also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Bioprocess division of GE Healthcare. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Clarient Diagnostics.

Mr. Jahid Khandaker has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and CIO at Western Digital.
