Mr. Dieter Kempf has been the Chairman of Supervisory Board of the company since 2022. He serves as the Vice President of the Federation of German Industries since 2021. Mr. Kempf served as the Chief Executive Officer of DATEV eG from 1996 to 2016 and as the Member of the Executive Board from 1991 to 1996.

Mr. Stefan Klebert has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Schuler AG and held various management positions including Managing Director at Schindler and Thyssenkrupp. Mr. Klebert served in the automation technology division of Festo in the field of sales and marketing.

Mr. Marcus A. Ketter has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Klockner & Co SE. Previously, Mr. Ketter served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Labor of Schuler AG industrial group from 2011 to 2012. He held various management positions at Mattson Technology Inc and Thyssenkrupp group from 1999 to 2011. Earlier, he served as a Controller at STEAG AG in 1993.

Mr. Johannes Giloth has been the Chief Operating Officer since January 2020. Previously, he served various senior leadership roles at Nokia telecommunications group which include Chief Procurement and Chief Supply Chain Officer and others. Prior to it, he worked with Nokia and Nokia Siemens in management positions in procurement, logistics and production areas. Mr. Giloth served various roles at Siemens Management Consulting and Gemini Consulting.

Mr. Ilija Aprcovic has been the Chief Executive Officer of Liquid and Powder Technologies Division since 2000. He served as the Managing Director of GEA Process Engineering Ltd. and GEA Barr-Rosin Ltd.
