Mr. Richard H. Osgood III has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Director since 2013. Previously, he was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at Wedbush Securities from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, he held various position at Pacific Growth Equities including President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chairman and Executive Chairman. He also served as Head of Capital Markets, Sales and Trading at Volpe, Welty and Company. Earlier, he held various Senior Positions in institutional sales at Montgomery Securities, Rotan Mosely and Smith Barney.

Mr. Richard S. Danforth has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. Previously, he held various positions at DRS Technologies, Inc. including; as Group President of DRS Integrated Defense Systems and Service from 2008 to 2013, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of DRS Defense Solutions from 2008 to 2012, President of Command Control and Communication from 2005 to 2008, President of Navy Electronics and Intelligence Systems from 2004 to 2005, and Executive Vice President of the Electronics Systems Group from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, he alos served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Aircraft Business at Raytheon Company from 2000 to 2001.

Mr. Dennis D. Klahn has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Group Controller at Teledyne RD Instruments. Previously, he also served as Chief Financial Officer at several companies including; ISE Corporation, Overland Storage, Anacomp, and International Lottery & Totalizator Systems.

Mr. Richard S. Walsh has been the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Principal of Walsh Consulting Services. Prior to that, Mr. Walsh served as Senior Vice President of Americas, at Cognigy from 2019 to 2020. Earlier, he held various positions at Redwood Software including; as President, Americas and APJ, for from 2013 to 2019, Senior Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2013, Senior Vice President, Americas, from 2005 to 2010, and Director of North American Sales from 2001 to 2005.
