Mr. Jeffrey L. Harmening has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. He also serves as a Director of The Toro Company. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the US Retail division at the company from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of CPW from 2012 to 2014 and the Vice President and Senior Vice President for the Big G cereal division from 2007 to 2012. Earlier, Mr. Harmening also served as the Vice President of Marketing at CPW in 2003. He joined the company in 1994.

Mr. Kofi A. Bruce has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Financial Operations from 2019 to 2020, and Vice President, and Controller from 2017 to 2019 of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Treasurer from 2012 to 2014. He also served as the Vice President of Finance for Convenience Stores & Foodservice, and Vice President of Finance for Yoplait. Earlier, Mr. Bruce held several senior management positions at Ecolab and Ford Motor Co.

Ms. Dana M. McNabb has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2026 and President of North America Retail and North America Pet of the company. Previously, she held various roles within the company incluging Chief Strategy & Growth Officer; Group President, Europe & Australia segment; President of the U.S. Cereal operating unit; and Vice President of Global Marketing for Cereal Partners Worldwide.

Mr. Asheesh Saksena has been the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of the company since August 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Growth Officer at Gap Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President of Best Buy Health, and Chief Strategic Growth Officer of Best Buy Co Inc. Earlier Mr. Saksena served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Cox Communications and Deputy Chief Strategy Officer of Time Warner Cable.

Mr. Jonathan Ness has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company and held leadership roles across Supply Chain Strategy, Global Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Transformation. He was an Officer in the United States Air Force, where he specialized in procurement.
