Mr. Jim Madden has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He has been a Director of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the General Partner of Accretive LLC from 2007 to 2011. Previously, he served as the Special Advisor to General Atlantic LLC from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Madden also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exult Inc from 1998 to 2005. Currently, he serves as Co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Carrick Capital Partners, LLC.

Mr. Balkrishan Kalra has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, he held various positions within the company including; Senior Vice President and Global Business Leader of Financial Services from 2020 to February 2024, and Senior Vice President and Global Business Leader of Consumer and Healthcare from 2008 to February 2024.

Mr. Michael Weiner has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of National General Holdings Corp. from 2010 to 2021.Earlier, he worked with Ally Financial's GMAC Insurance unit, Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, Citigroup, KPMG LLP and Bankers Trust Company.

Ms. Caitlin Blewett has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, she served as Managing Director at Deloitte. Previously she served in leadership roles at WPP and Publicis Groupe.

Mr. Piyush Mehta has been the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Country Manager of India of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company in 2005 and President of Human Resources. Mr. Mehta served as the Director of Human Resources for India at AT&T and Director of Organization Capability for Asia-Pacific at Frito-Lay. He started his career at Hindustan Lever.
