Mr. Steve Downing has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since January 2018. He also serves as a Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from August 2017 to December 2017. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer from June 2015 to August 2017 Vice President of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer from May 2013 to June 2015 Vice President of Commercial Management from July 2012 to May 2013; Director of Commercial Management from June 2009 to July 2012; Commercial Manager from October 2006 to June 2009; and Senior Financial Analyst from April 2006 to October 2006.

Mr. Kevin Nash has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Treasurer of the company since February 2018. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Accounting in June 2014. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a Senior Accountant for ODL Incorporated.

Mr. Neil Boehm has been the Chief Technology Officer for the company since February 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President of Engineering from 2015 to February 2018. Prior to this, he worked as Senior Director of Engineering for the company. Mr. Boehm joined the company in 2001. Prior to joining the company he worked as Engineering Manager for Johnson Controls Inc.

Mr. Matthew Chiodo is Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President- sales of Gentex Corporation. Prior to Gentex, Matt served as a Platform Director at Prince Corporation (a manufacturer of automotive interior parts that was acquired by Johnson Controls in 1996).
