Mr. Lim Kok Thay has been the Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2020. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive of Genting Berhad; Executive Chairman of Genting Singapore PLC and Genting UK Plc, and Deputy Chairman of Genting Plantations Berhad. Prior to this, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive of the company. He served as the Chief Executive and a Director of Genting Plantations Berhad. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genting Hong Kong Limited and a Director of Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc.

Mr. Lee Choong Yan has been the President, Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2002. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Genting UK Plc, and as Director of GENM Capital Berhad. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Genting Malaysia Berhad. Previously, he worked with an international accounting firm in audit and corporate advisory practices.

Mr. Lim Keong Hui has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. He also serves as Deputy Chief Executive officer and Executive Director of Genting Berhad, and Genting Plantations Berhad; and as Director of Genting UK Plc. Prior to this, he served as Chief Information Officer and Director of the company. He served as Chief Information Officer and Director of Genting Plantations Berhad, and Genting Berhad. He also served as in various positions at GENHK including as Director, Chief Information Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he worked with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.

Ms. Koh Poy Yong has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2010. Prior to this, she was the Finance Manager of the company. She served as Director of Finance for the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, a charitable organization from 1984 to 1990. Ms. Yomg serves as a Director of Genting Highlands Berhad, Genting Golf Course Bhd, GENM Capital Berhad, and Awana Vacation Resorts Development Berhad.

Mr. Alwi Jantan has been the Chairman of the company since August 2020. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chairman of the company from January 2019 to July 2020. He joined the company in 1990 as an Executive Vice President of Public Affairs & Human Resources and later became Executive Director in 2007. Previously, he served as Director General of Public Service Malaysia, and Chairman of UOA Development Bhd, and UOA Asset Management Sdn Bhd.
