Mr. Jorgen Kokke has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he held roles of Executive Vice President & President Americas, Senior Vice President and President of Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa, Vice president and General Manager of EMEA, and Executive Vice President of Global Specialties and President of North America at Ingredion. Mr. Kokke also served as the Vice President of Food & Nutrition and Director of Strategy and Business Development at Corbion. He held various leadership positions at Loders Croklaan.

Ms. Alison Henriksen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director since January 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of V. Group from 2019 to 2020. Ms. Alison also served in the roles of Finance Director of UK & Ireland and Finance Director of Australia at Compass Group plc; Chief Financial Officer of Specialty Fashion Group Ltd. She began her career at Ernst and Young.

Ms. Elena Rice has been the Chief Scientific Officer of the company since July 2019. Prior to this, she served in various senior roles at Bayer for 18 years.

Mr. Iain Ferguson has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Currently, he also served as the Chairman of Crest Nicholson; Personal Assets Trust plc and Pro-Chancellor of Cranfield University. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Sygen International, Balfour Beatty, Greggs plc; Chairman of Stobart and Berendsen plc, General Manager of Unilever and Chief Executive Officer of Tate & Lyle.
