Mr. Erson Olivan is the Chairman of the company. He also serves as Managing Partner at Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. Previously, he worked at different positions in CIBC World Markets’ Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Stuart Levings has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since January 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, and Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, he served in various senior management positions at the company including Financial Controller, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, he was associated with Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Ed Orlik has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he was the Chief Information Officer at Altus Group Limited and Executive Vice President Technology and Development for 8 years. He worked at Katz Group Canada Ltd and Nortel Networks. He has over 23 years of software, data and technology experience across a number of different industries.

Mr. Craig Sweeney is the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Director of Risk Operations, Director of Product Development, and in various other senior management positions in Operations and Business Development divisions of the company. Mr. Sweeney has more than 18 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry.
