Ghazi Al Hajeri
Vice Chairman Executive BoardMr. Ghazi Al Hajeri has been the Vice Chairman of GFH Financial Group B.S.C. since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wafra International Investment Company, a Kuwait-based asset management firm. Previously, Mr. Al Hajeri held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Touristic Enterprises Company. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at Wafra InterVest Corp., where he established the firm’s regional office in 2007 and acted as Regional Director until 2017. From 2001 to 2006, he was a member of the Alternative Investments Division Investment Committee at Wafra Investment Advisory Group in New York.
Hisham Ahmed Al-Rayes

Prior to this, he was the Chief Investment Officer of GFH since May 2007. Mr. Al-Rayes held various senior management positions in Bank of Bahrain. He also serves as the Chairman of Balexco and Gulf Holding Company, and holds Directorship in GFH financial Group, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, Falcon Cement Company, GFH Capital and Shuaa Capital.

Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cemena Holding Company (CHC), an industrial unit of the Group and one of the leading cement holding businesses in the MENA area.
