Mr. Donald C. Berg has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He served as the Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, Donald was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Brown-Forman Corp and held various executive positions including as President of its Advancing Markets Group, President of Brown-Forman Spirits Americas, the company’s largest operating group, head of its corporate development and strategy functions, and director of its mergers and acquisitions group.

Mr. Vince Tyra has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice-President of Corporate Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions at Houchens Industries. Previously, he served as the President at Fruit of the Loom.

Mr. Arun Bajaj has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource and Legal Affairs Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to joining Gildan, he held the position of Senior Vice-President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. Mr. Bajaj also held several positions in Canada, the US, and Asia with the Nissan Motor Corporation. He also served in legal roles for eight years at Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Rhodri J. Harries has been the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto Alcan, and also served as the Chief Commercial Officer from 2009 to 2013. Previously, he was associated with General Motors for 15 years in the areas of corporate finance, treasury and business development across North America, Asia and Europe.
