Mr. Ramon S. Ang has been the President of the company and a director since 2000. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of PAL Holdings, Inc. and Philippine Airlines, Inc., a director of Air Philippines Corporation, and the Vice Chairman of Manila Electric Company. He also concurrently holds multiple executive roles within the broader conglomerate footprint, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of San Miguel Corporation, Chairman of San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Petron Corporation, Top Frontier Investment Holdings, Inc., and New NAIA Infra Corp.

Mr. Ariel I. Victoria has been the OIC – Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Logistics Manager. He also previously held the position of Manager for Business Planning and Management Services within the company, following his academic training at the Colegio De San Juan De Letran where he earned a B.S. in Commerce majoring in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and concurrently serves as a director and officer across various subsidiaries, including Distileria Bago, Inc., Agricrops Industries Inc., Crown Royal Distillers, Inc., Healthy Condiments, Inc., and East Pacific Star Bottlers Phils Inc.

Mr. Virgilio S. Jacinto has been the Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company since 2010. He also serves as the Senior Vice-President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Compliance Officer of San Miguel Corp. Prior to this, he also serves as the Secretary and Compliance Officer of Top Frontier Investment Holdings Inc; and Director of Petron Corp. He served as a Director and Corporate Secretary of United Coconut Planters Bank and Director of San Miguel Brewery Inc.
