Mr. Calvin Grieder has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of international engineering group Bühler from 2001 to 2016. Previously, he also served as Head of the Mobile and Internet business at Swisscom Telecom Ltd. He also served as Chairman of the Buhler Group and the Eraneos Group.

Ms. Ingrid Deltenre has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Director of the company. Previously, she served as the Director General of the Geneva-based European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the Director of Schweizer Fernsehen from 2004 to 2009. Ms. Deltenre also served as the Director of Publisuisse from 1999 to 2004. She also serves as a Director of SPS AG.

Mr. Christian Stammkoetter has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2026. Prior to this, he was the President of Asia, the Middle East, and Africa at Danone. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President for Waters Europe, North America, and Evian-Volvic-International from 2017 to 2021. He was also the President of the AMEA Zone. Mr. Christian held various general management roles at Danone, including Managing Director for Baby Nutrition in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, General Manager for Early Life Nutrition in Russia and Kazakhstan, and General Manager of Danone Waters Spain from 2007 to 2017.

Mr. Stewart Harris has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2024. Prior to this, he served as Head of Corporate Finance and Business Development of the company. Previously, he served as Group Treasurer at Givaudan. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate and regional Finance management, including financial reporting, compliance and risk management, planning and management of business development activities.

Ms. Fanny Iglesias has been the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer of the company since April 2026. Previously, she served as Deputy Group Counsel,?Fragrance & Beauty, and Deputy? Integrity Officer of the company.
