Mr. David J Gladstone has been the Chairman since 2001. He also serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the Company's affiliated investment adviser, Gladstone Management Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Chairman and Vice Chairman at American Capital Strategies from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Gladstone held various positions, including the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Allied Capital Corporation, Allied Capital Lending Corporation, Allied Capital Corporation II, Allied Capital Commercial Corporation and Allied Capital Advisors Inc. He served as the President, the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Business Mortgage Investors from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Gladstone served as a Director at the Riggs National Corporation from 1993 to 1997 and as a Director at Riggs Bank from 1991 to 1993.Mr. Gladstone has been the Director at Capital Automotive REIT. He serves as the Chairman and owns Gladstone Land Corporation, a private land holding company in California.

Ms. Nicole Schaltenbrand has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since March 2016. Prior to joining the company, she served as a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy at National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation. Ms. Schaltenbrand served as a Senior Manager of Assurance Services at KPMG, LLP.

Mr. Bob Marcotte serves as the President of the company. He served as the Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Asset Management for MCG Capital. Previously, Mr. Marcotte served as the Chief Financial Officer for Aleron, Inc., a wholesale internet access and network services provider.
