Mr. Luke Victor Miels has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2026. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of European Business for AstraZeneca Plc, Executive Vice President of Global Product and Portfolio Strategy, and as Executive Vice President of Global Medical Affairs and Corporate Affairs for AstraZeneca Plc. Mr. Miels has also served as Head of Asia for Roche and in various roles with Roche and Sanofi-Aventis. Currently, he also serves as Co-Chairman of the Portfolio Investment Board with Tony Wood, a Member of the ViiV Healthcare Board, and a Member of the Singapore Economic Development Board.

Ms. Julie Brown has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Smith & Nephew; Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair of Roche Holding AG; Interim Group Chief Financial Officer of AstraZeneca plc; Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Director of Burberry Group plc. Currently, Ms. Brown also serves as Co-Chairman and Chief Financial Officer Leadership Network for Accounting for Sustainability of the King Charles III Charitable Fund Group of Companies, Patron of Oxford University Women in Business, and as Non-Executive Director of Diageo plc.

Ms. Roanne Parry has been the Chief People Officer of the company since may 2026. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CSL. Previously, she served as the Senior HR Manager at Fedsure Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Tony Wood has been the Chief Scientific Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Medicinal Science and Technology at Pfizer. Currently, he serves as a member of the UK National Genomics Board and the Board of the Rosalind Franklin Institute; a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences; a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry; and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology.

Ms. Shobie Ramakrishnan has been the Chief Digital and Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served in various leadership roles in the Digital and Technology division of the company and as a Member of the board of directors at Remediant. Ms. Ramakrishnan has also served in various senior technology leadership roles for AstraZeneca, Salesforce, Genentech, and Roche. Currently, she also serves as Non-Executive Director at Deliveroo and as a Board Member Emeritus at SustainableIT.org.
