Mr. Gary Nagle has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Prodeco, Glencore's Colombian coal operation, from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Nagle also served as the Head of Glencore's Ferroalloys assets, and the Head of Glencore’s Coal Assets based in Australia. He joined the company in 2000. Mr. Nagle was a Director of Lonmin plc from 2013 until 2015.

Mr. Steven Kalmin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Finance and Treasury functions at the company’s coal industrial unit. He served as a Director of Katanga Mining Ltd from 2017 to 2020. Mr Kalmin worked for nine years at Horwath Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Kalidas Madhavpeddi has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CMOC International from 2008 to 2018, the President of Phelps Dodge Wire & Cable, and the Senior Vice President of Phelps Dodge. Mr. Madhavpeddi also serves as a Director of Novagold Resources Inc, Trilogy Metals Inc, and Dundee Precious Metals Inc.
