Mr. Saul A. Fox has been the Chairman of the company since September 2003. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from February 2007 to June 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Paine & Company in 1996. Earlier, he served as a General Partner of Kohlberg, Kravis & Roberts & Co. (KKR), a global alternative asset manager. He also worked as an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Mr. Joseph W. Brown has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2022. He also serves as a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and Director at MBIA, Chairman at Safeco, Talegen Holdings, Inc., Noblr. He also worked at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company as Chief Executive Officer, and President.

Mr. Thomas M. McGeehan has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President of Finance of the company since August 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from December 2009 to August 2011. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from May 2008 to December 2009. Earlier, he worked at United America Indemnity, Ltd as a Corporate Controller in 2005. He joined the company’s predecessor companies in 2001 as a Vice President and Controller. Furthermore, he worked at Colonial Penn Insurance Company, a subsidiary of General Electric Financial Assurance, from 1985 to 2001 as the Assistant Vice President of Finance, Marketing and Accounting.

Mr. Alan Hirst is the Chief Information Officer of the company. He holds more than 20 years of diversified experience in information technology in financial industries.

Mr. Bill Balderston is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. He holds more than 17 years of insurance experience in business development, distribution, marketing, brokerage, product management.
