Mr. David Paul has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2003 and is also the founder of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Product Development at Synthes Spine. He also served as the Research Engineer, biomaterials research at Temple University. Mr. Paul also serves on the Board of Directors of Free Flow Medical, and Cross Ventures, LLC.

Mr. Daniel T. Scavilla has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since April 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and the President, Trauma of the company from March 2015. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer, Global Vice President Finance and Business Operations of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care from February 2012 to December 2015; the Chief Financial Officer, Worldwide Vice President Finance of Advanced Sterilization Products, the infection prevention branch of J&J Medical Devices from October 2007 to January 2012. Mr. Scavilla also serves on the Board of Directors of Impulse Dynamics.

Mr. Keith W. Pfeil has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2024. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer at CSS Industries. Mr. Pfeil has worked in the transaction advisory practice of Ernst & Young LLP; and assurance practices of KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.
