Mr. Tan Sri Mohamed Mansor Bin Fateh Din has been the Chairman of the company since 1986. Prior to this, he served as the Group Personnel Director at Utusan Malaysia Berhad. Mr. Fateh Din also served as the Honorary Secretary of the Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Selangor from 1987 to 1995.

Mr. Mohamed Mansor has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad from 2004 to 2008. Earlier, he served as the company’s Group Executive Director from 1997 to 2004. Mr. Mohamed Mansor served as the Chairman of Media Prima Berhad from 2008 to 2017 and as a Board of Director of New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad from 2009 to 2015. He also served as the Deputy Chairman of the Malaysian Australian Business Council (MABC), Chairman of Gagasan Badan Ekonomi Melayu, Selangor Branch. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of VADS Berhad, Building Industry Presidents’ Council (BIPC), Malaysian Developers’ Council Director of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, board member of Axis-Reits Managers Berhad, the President of The Real Estate & Housing Developer’s Association, Malaysia.

Mr. Ong Shaw Ching has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Joint Secretary of the company. Currently, he serves as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Mr. Zulkifly Bin Garib has been the Chief Operating Officer of Operations at the company since 2019.Prior to this, he served as the Senior General Manager of UDA Holding Bhd and Head of its Township Division in 2006. He also served as the Vice President of the Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (REHDA), Malaysia from 2018 to 2022. He also served as the Chairman of REHDA, Selangor from 2016 to 2020 and Director of the Selangor Housing & Property Board from 2016 to 2022.

Mr. Setia Haji Haris Bin Kasim has been a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he held numerous key positions within Selangor State Government-linked Companies, including the Director of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor, Air Selangor, and Menteri Besar Incorporated. He served as the Chairman of several key organizations, including Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor, Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad, Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad, Central Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd., Selgate Hospital Rawang, and Worldwide Entech Sdn. Bhd.
