Mr. Hirokazu Onoe has been the chairman of the company since April 2019. He also serves as the Director of Noritz Corporation. Previously, he served as the President and Director of the company. Mr. Onoe also served as the General Manager of Corporate Strategy division of the company from 2009 to 2010. He served as a Director and Managing Executive Officer of the company from 2006 to 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Onoe also served as the Managing Director of the company from 2004 to 2006. He also served as a Director of the company from 2001 to 2004. He also served as General Manager, vending machine and amusement systems business division from 2000 to 2001. He joined the company in 1970.

Mr. Motozumi Miwa has been the Director and President of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Vice President and Representative Director of Business Management Headquarters of the company from 2017 to 2019. He also served as the Representative Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer from 2016 to 2017, Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Director, Managing Executive Officer; Executive General Manager of Business Management Headquarters, and General Affairs Headquarters of the company from 2014 to 2015. Earlier, Mr. Miwa held various positions including Senior Executive Officer, Executive General Manager of General Affairs Headquarters, and Legal Affairs department, and Executive Officer of the company from 2010 to 2013. He joined the company in 2009.

Mr. Akihiro Harada has been the Senior Managing Executive Officer, President of International Business and Director of the company since April 2020. He also has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Glory Global Solutions Ltd, and Chairman of Sitrade Italia SpA. Prior to this, he worked as the Director and Managing Executive Officer of the company from April 2017 to April 2018. Mr. Harada also served as the Senior Executive Officer, and Executive General Manager of International Business Headquarters of the company from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Director, and Senior Executive Officer of Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality Assurance at Glory Global Solutions Ltd. Earlier, he served as the Executive Officer of Project Leader, and International Business Integration Project Management Officer, General Manager of Management Planning department, Corporate Strategy division, Production Engineering department, Himeji Factory, Banking System and Equipment division of the company. Mr. Harada joined the company in 1985.

Mr. Kaname Kotani has been the Senior Managing Executive Officer, Executive General Manager of Development Headquarters, Chief Information Security Officer and a Director of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Executive General Manager of Development Headquarters, Senior General Manager of Development Division and Money Handling System Business

Mr. Hideo Onoe has been the Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and President of Domestic Business of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive General Manager of Domestic Business Headquarters of the company from 2015 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Director and Managing Executive Officer of the company from 2014 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of GLORY Denshi Kogyo (Suzhou) Ltd from 2013 to 2014, President of GLORY (USA) Inc. Mr. Onoe also held several positions such as General Manager of Supply Chain Management department, Production Management division, and Money Handling Systems Business Headquarters of the company from 2005 to 2006. He joined the company in 1999.
