Godrej Industries Ltd: Executives

Mr. Nadir Godrej has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chairman at Godrej Agrovet. Mr. Godrej also serves as a Director of numerous firms, including Godrej & Boyce Co. Ltd., Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., Indian Hotels Co. Ltd, and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He also serves as the President of Alliance Francaise de Bombay.

Mr. Tanya A Dubash has been the Chief Brand Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Director at Godrej Consumer Products Limited and Godrej Agrovet Limited. Prior to this, Mr. Dubash also served in the boards of Escorts Limited, Britannia Industries Limited, AIESEC, India@75 and Go Airlines (India) Limited. He served as the Director at Bharatiya Mahila Bank from 2013 to 2015.

Mr. Nitin S Nabar has been the President of Chemicals and Director of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Executive Trainee in 1989 at Godrej Soaps Limited. Mr. Nabar currently also serves as the Manufacturing Council Head for the Godrej Group. He is also the Chairman of Cosmetics of Chemexcil.

Mr. Clement Pinto has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2016. Previously, Mr. Pinto served as a Partner on the board at Godrej Vikhroli Properties LLP and Director on the board at Wadala Commodities Limited. He also served as a Management Trainee at the erstwhile Godrej Soaps in 1996.

Ms. Poonam Burman has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this she served various role in Unilever.
