Mr. Jiang Bin has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. He also serves as the standing member of the 12th executive committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Rotating Chairman of China Electronic Components Association and Vice Chairman of Industry of Virtual Reality Alliance. Previously, he worked as the Technical Manager at Weifang Yaguang Electronic. Mr. Bin also has more than 30 years of working experience in the electro-acoustic industry.

Mr. Duan Huilu has been the Director and Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Accountant, Finance Manager, Finance Department Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has more than 20 years of working experience. He joined the company in 2001.

Mr. Li Yongzhi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Head of the Accounting Office at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Accountant and Financial Manager of the Financial Department at the company. Mr. Yongzhi joined the company in 2005.

Mr. Gao Xiaoguang has been the Vice President of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of the Device Marketing, Deputy Manager of the Device Marketing, General Manager of the Device Business and Head of the Marketing at the company. He joined the company in 2001.
