Gogo Inc: Executives

Mr. Oakleigh Thorne has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2018 to 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Thorne served as the Director of Aircell from 2003 to 2007 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eCollege.com from 2000 to 2007. Earlier, he served as the Co-President of Blumenstein/Thorne Information Partners, L.L.C., from 1996 to 2009.

Mr. Christopher J. Moore has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the President of Satcom Direct. Prior to this, Mr. Moore served as the Vice President of Satcom Direct International in 2012. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Sales at Horizon Mobile, Vice President of Sales of Trading Apps, and as Global Sales Director of Inmarsat PLC.

Mr. Zachary Cotner has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Erickson Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Cotner served as the Chief Financial Officer at Satcom Direct.

Mr. Mike Begler serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Production Operations.

Ms. Crystal Gordon has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Air Methods Corporation from 2011 to 2018. Ms. Gordon has more than 20 years in the aviation business and private practice.
