Mr. Lawrence E Golub has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Bankers Trust Company and Wasserstein Perella Co. Mr. Golub served for over 15 years as a Trustee at Montefiore Medical Center, the university hospital of the Albert Einstein Medical School. He served as the Chairman at Mosholu Preservation Corporation.

Mr. David B Golub has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2009. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Centre Partners Management from 1995 to 2003. He served as the Managing Director at Corporate Partners. Mr. Golub also serves as Director at The Burton Corporation.

Mr. Christopher C Ericson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Ericson served as the Controller at Golub Capital BDC in 2009. In 2018, Mr. Ericson served as the Director on the Corporate Development team at the Investor Partners Group. Mr. Ericson was the Senior Controller at ExWorks Capital from November 2017 to June 2018. Mr. Tim Topicz has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously served as a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities.

Ms. Wu-Kwan Kit has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at PIMCO. Ms. Kit also serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of GDLC, GDLCU, GBDC 4 and GCRED.
