Mr. J Kevin Gilligan has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice Chairman of Strategic Education Inc from 2018 to 2019 and as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capella Education Co from 2010 to 2018. Mr. Gilligan also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Subcontractors Inc from 2004 to 2009. He held various leadership roles at Honeywell International Inc, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Automation and Control Solutions from 2001 to 2004 and the Vice President and General Manager of Home and Building Control's North American Region from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Mark W. Sheahan has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held various roles in the company, including the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2018 to 2021, the Vice President and General Manager of Applied Fluid Technologies Division from 2008 to 2018, the Chief Administrative Officer from 2005 to 2008, and Treasurer from 1998 to 2005.

Mr. Sanjiv Gupta has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since April 2026. Previously, he held various roles in General Motors (GM) including the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GM International, the Executive Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis from 2019 to 2023, the President and Managing Director of GM India from 2017 to 2019, the Chief Financial Officer of GM Holden from 2018 to 2019, and Chief Financial Officer of GM India and GM South East Asia from 2016 to 2018.

Mr. Christopher D. Knutson has been the Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he held various roles in the company, including Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller from 2023 to 2024, Director of Corporate Treasury and Investor Relations from 2020 to 2023, and Director of Corporate Treasury and Regional Controller of South and Central America from 2017 to 2020. Mr. Knutson served as the Vice President of Finance of United Skin from 2016 to 2017.

Ms. Kathryn L. Schoenrock has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she held various roles in the company, including Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from 2023 to 2024, Corporate Controller and Information Systems from 2022 to 2023, and Director of Corporate Finance from 2017 to 2020. Ms. Schoenrock served as a Senior Manager of the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2008 to 2012.
