Ms. Helen Gordon has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management and the Director of Legal and General Property at Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. Ms. Gordon served as the Group Property Director at Railtrack and Managing Director at John Laing Developments. Currently, she serves as a Director of Derwent London and the Vice Chairman of European Public Real Estate Association. Ms. Gordon also served as the President of the British Property Federation.

Mr. Robert Hudson has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operational Officer, and Interim Chief Executive of St Modwen Plc from 2015 to 2021. Mr. Hudson also served as the Group Financial Controller at British Land Plc from 2011 until 2015. He also held senior financial roles at Experian Plc and served as the Global Finance Director of Decision Analytics business, and UK Finance Director.

Mr. Paul Gilbbery serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held several managerial positions at Airbus, Hewlett Packard, and Fujitsu. Mr. Gibbery also served as the Delivery Director at HP Defence UK.

Ms. Michelle Boothroyd has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the People Director at Nationwide Building Society. Ms. Boothroyd held several managerial positions at RBS and Santander.

Mr. Mark Clare has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive of Barratt Developments Plc from 2006 to 2015 and a Trustee of the Building Research Establishment and the UK Green Building Council. Mr. Clare worked as a Director of Centrica Plc and held several senior roles at Centrica Plc and British Gas. He also served as a Director of BAA Plc.
